Kids Ahoy operate a key worker system, which means that each staff member has a group of children whose Personal Learning Plans (plp’s) that they are responsible for. All children have a key worker and a PLP.
  • PLP’s are a way for staff to record the children’s progress.
  • We believe that Personal Learning Plans are really important, we aim to make PLP’s as interactive between families and nursery as possible and encourage parents and carers to take these home with them, show friends and family and add things from home.
  • Personal Learning Plans are available for parents and carers to look at any time.
